Dear Colleagues and Friends of the DPC,
It is with great pleasure and honor that we invite you to the 45th Annual Meeting of the German Pancreatic Club (DPC), which will take place in the beautiful city of Freiburg im Breisgau from March 5th to 7th, 2026.
The conference venue, the historic Kollegiengebäude I, is located in the heart of Freiburg's picturesque old town, offering a unique setting that combines academic tradition with the charm of one of Germany’s most vibrant cities.
Our program will feature:
- Lectures by emerging researchers and renowned international experts, addressing the latest advancements and challenges in pancreatic health and disease.
- Interactive workshops, providing hands-on experience with innovative techniques and methodologies.
- Poster sessions, designed to promote in-depth discussions, foster collaboration, and highlight cutting-edge research.
- Networking opportunities, enabling participants to connect with colleagues and strengthen ties within the pancreatic research community.
In keeping with the DPC tradition, we particularly encourage junior researchers to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. This provides a valuable opportunity to present ongoing work, receive constructive feedback, and engage with leading experts in the field.
We look forward to three days of insightful presentations, stimulating discussions, and enriching exchanges in the inspiring atmosphere of Freiburg.
Save the date—we look forward to welcoming you to Freiburg!
With warm regards,
Sophia Chikhladze & Esther Biesel
